Our custom roaster, Soldat NO.8, was created by Mr. Ingyu Kang in 2014.
His aim was to develop a unique machine that could maintain all the characteristics of coffee.
With a just touch of ingenuity, Soldat No.8 gives green bean coee a special fragrance, aroma and flavor.
Developing tailor made coffee for clients through a conceptual approach by understanding the customer’s
experiences, passions and desires.
Providing a space for people learn and understand about roasting coffee with the intent to create their own blend.
